Druid - Circle of Consumption

The Circle of Consumption is for druids who are in the process of forgetting how to be human, and only ever want to be a swarm of ravenous insects. Great at parties!
It fills a similar role as other wildshape-centric combat druids - in combat, it'll mostly want to be in its Swarmshape, which scales up with your druid level so it never becomes obsolete. When you're not Swarmshaped, you've still got access to a druid's normal full-caster kit. Compared to a Moon Druid, the Circle of Consumption doesn’t do quite as much damage in tier 1 and 2 (that’s a good thing), but scales significantly better in tier 3 and 4, where Moon Druids start to fall off.
