The College of Bravura is for dashing bards, knaves and charmers who are eminently skilled and entirely aware of it.
Bravura bards are dedicated to supporting their allies with the easy confidence of a master duelist. They can enable any ally to adopt a skirmisher's role, nimbly stepping around the battlefield while scoring devastating hits (amplified by their Bravura bard teammates).
Design-wise: This is fairly cleanly a reinterpretation of my Swashbuckler class into a bard subclass, translating some of the skirmishing skills and the focus on critical hits. It's another pseudo-martial bard, but none of its abilities directly support that role besides Extra Attack; it might actually perform better standing back with a hand crossbow or pistol than wading into the fray. But allies will be deeply impressed with their new Nimble Steps, and the devastating crits they're able to inflict.
