Phoenixborn Aasimar

The phoenixborn aasimar is a new subspecies, for a character whose divine spark came on a phoenix's wings.

This subspecies aims to solve two small problems: there aren't enough cool types of aasimar, and it's awesome to play on the phoenix's associations with the upper planes and heavenly power (a bit deprioritized in 5E).

Design-wise: This was a fun one! Flame Bearer and Firebird's Resistance are straightforward, replacing vanilla aasimar features with stuff that's a little more specifically flavored. Firebird's Feather aims to be more interesting than Healing Hands while also being a bit lower in power budget, to free up room. Room for what? For Fiery Aspect! The phoenixborn's transformation feature has two uses, both of which are a bit more niche than other aasimar but both very useful. For the Fiery Rebirth feat, I wanted something to really play on the phoenix's resurrection themes, so a defeated phoenixborn can immediately stand up in their Fiery Aspect.
